Kids Camp: The Junior Pastry Chef, Tuesday, March 17 10 am-12:30 pm

Do you have a young pastry chef in your household serious about dessert? There’s no better time to start learning the tricks of the trade than now, and this class is designed for kids with a true passion for pastry. Through demonstrations and hands-on participation, Pastry Chef Kayla Draper of Prep & Pastry will lead kids through core techniques to begin building the foundation of their pastry know-how. Once they master fundamentals like pâte à choux, custards, and meringues, they can move on to favorites like éclairs, crème brûlée, and even soufflés!

This class is for ages 7-12.

Cost: $69 per person.
